Classic Collection
- This product is designed for food service and not for food preparation, cooking, baking or food storage.
- This product is commercial dishwasher safe.
- Steam or high temperature dishwashing machines that reach in excess of 200°F/93°C will not damage this resin-coated aluminum product.
- Metal utensils may be used except for sharp utensils. Carving or serrated knives will damage surface.
- White-type scouring pads may be used. Metal scouring pads will damage surface.
- The Bugambilia Coated Aluminum is an excellent conductor of temperature and will maintain temperature for an extended period of time. Temperatures range from -20°F to 200°F.
- This product is rated for a maximum dry heat temperature of 200°F/93°C.
- Coating will break down, melt, lift or separate from aluminum body if exposed to dry heat temperatures in excess of 200°F/93°C.
- Steam table stainless steel surfaces that reach in excess of 200°F/93°C will break down, melt, lift or separate coating from aluminum body.
- Hot table surfaces that reach in excess of 200°F/93°C will break down, melt, lift or separate coating from aluminum body.
- Open flame will damage coating
- Do not use in a hot bar as this will cause staining of lighter colors, and could result in lifting of coating.
- Iodine sanitizers will discolor some colors.
- Certain foods may discolor this product if left in the product for an extended time.
- Dishwashers will remove most stains. If a stain remains, soak item in a solution of soapy water and bleach and then run through dishwasher. The majority of stains should be removed.
- The Bugambilia Coated Aluminum is a soft metal and might bend or damage if dropped or mishandled.
- If a fault in the coating occurs, immediately discontinue use and take the product out of service.
